as part of the Working Holiday Maker Program with
following conditions
- the work limit with each employer rises from
3 to 6 months;
- the study/training limit rises from 3 to 4
months
- and, for second WHM visa eligibility, the
Aussie government expands the definition of
‘seasonal work’ to include some primary
industries.
- You must be either single or married without
children
- You need to demonstrate sufficient funds to
purchase a return ticket and support yourself
until you find work.
Holders of this visa must also show that their main reason for coming to Australia is for a holiday and that they intend to leave Australia at the end of their authorized stay.
During this time, holders may leave and re-enter
Australia any number of times.
Working holiday visas must be applied for from outside Australia. In particular, you cannot come to Australia on a visitor/tourist visa and then apply for a visa under this program.

Short Stay Business Visa
If you are a business person who visits Australia regularly to conduct business activities, attend seminars or conferences ,a multiple entry short stay business visa may be ideal for you. This visa will allow you to undertake negotiations or participate in trade shows and exhibitions. These visas can have a validity between three months and five years, though no single visit can be more than three months in length.
Long Stay Business Visa (Company Sponsored)
With increased demand of IT professionals everywhere, recent changes in legislation currently give IT professionals priority processing under this visa class so that if you have a job offer in Australia or are likely to get one shortly, u can apply for temporary entry visa . This visa permits you multiple entry and temporary residence up to 4 years, after which many holders apply for permanent migration. However, if you are planning to migrate independently on the basis of your skills, you will need to lodge an application to do so before you leave your home country, which stills allows you to immigrate to Australia whilst it is being processed.
Because this visa is granted on the basis of sponsorship, you will need permission from the Department of Immigration if you wish to change employer or occupation, which may involve lodging a new visa application.
Companies sponsoring applicants in this via category will be required to make a sponsorship undertaking which must be approved by the Department of Immigration (DIMIA).
